1. Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Rights Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a reason. This right applies to all orders placed by consumers (not businesses).

2. The 14-Day Period

The 14-day period runs from the date you receive your package. To meet the deadline, you must notify us of your intention to return your goods before the 14-day period expires. Late notice will result in forfeiture of return rights.

3. Conditions for Returns

For Full Refund:

• The product must be in original, unopened packaging
• All contents must be intact and undamaged
• Seals must not have been broken
• For food supplements, unopened condition is essential for food safety and hygiene reasons

Opened or Used Products: Due to food safety regulations, opened or partially used supplements cannot be accepted for return or resold, even if most of the product remains. This is a legal requirement for food products.

To return your order:

2. Provide a reason for your return (optional)
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Send it to the address we provide

5. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we agree otherwise.

Returns Due to Our Error: If you received the wrong product or a defective item due to our mistake, we will arrange and cover return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

• If accepted, we will process your full refund within 14 working days
